12/9-12/13

This week we are starting to wind down into finishing off the 9 Weeks strong! Students can expect several graded assignments this week. We are finishing up comparing fractions as well as working on weather and climate in class. Students are expected to complete homework nightly as well as study their Science Journal. Welcome Back! 12/2-12/6

We are just making it back from Thanksgiving Break! This week we are wrapping up equivalent fractions and moving on to comparing fractions to see if one fraction is larger, smaller or equivalent to another fraction. At home, please be sure your students are studying their notes in their Science Journal. We are currently finishing natural resources. We will have a new project that we are starting on Wednesday December 4, 2013 related to weather and climate. The rubric will be posted on the blog after it is introduced to the students. Students should always study their science journal nightly. ---Mrs. T
