Math Curriculum


Expectations:

My expectations for any student that walks in our classroom are very high. I expect each student to be ready to learn and try their best on a daily basis!  I feel that if you set your expectations high each student will be able to rise to them to reach all of their goals this year.

This is a tentative schedule (some of these items can change) of what you can expect your student to be working on this year: 

5th Grade Curriculum:

Length, Perimeter, and Area 
Volume, Capacity, Weight, and Mass 
Converting Measurements 
Data and Graphs 
Time and Temperature 

4th Nine Weeks
Strengthening Previous 5th Grade Skills
Step Up to 6th Grade

EnVision Math Grade 5 (Homework will be assigned nightly out of this book)
