September 15-19

We had an amazing week last week! We are still focusing on place value with whole numbers and now decimals. Students should practice writing decimals in word form, expanded form, and standard form. Using playing cards and having students come up with their own numbers will be helpful. In Science, we are discussing animals and adaptations that help them survive. Students will benefit from looking at different animals and insects in their community and discussing why these animals survive. We are going to have a great week! Don't forget to check out the homework and the quizzes tab.
